Fredo Viola
Fredo graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts with an award for Consistent Excellence in Filmmaking. From 96 - 2003 Fredo worked as an editor and motion graphics designer. He began his music career in 2004 with the release of The Sad Song Video, a video that went viral in the earliest days of viral videos. His debut album was named number 2 album of the year by Les Inrockuptiples, and number 4 by Le Monde and Yahoo France. He has released 3 full albums of songs, several EPs and singles, and his experimental video works have appeared in many film festivals, including Resfest, Corto in Bra, Vimeo Festival, Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival and Spain's Periferias Festival. His interactive website, theturn.tv, made in collaboration with Aer Visual Studio, won Site of the Day, Site of the Week, a European Design Award, How Interactive Design Award and Grand Laus.

Hector Garcia
For over two decades, Hector has helped build teams across the information technology, financial services, manufacturing, professional services and healthcare industries. He honed his leadership style during his time in the US Air Force, where he learned to empower and guide his staff to grow into leaders who will push the organization forward. Hector is also a US Air Force veteran, and holds a bachelors degree from Park University.
